 Our configurations and gear cater to children from crawlers up to 5 years old, varying by package. This approach guarantees that the little ones can have fun and play in a safe environment at all times. 


  •  Booking with us requires a 2-week notice and can easily be done online by clicking on "BOOK WITH US HERE". Alternatively, you may send us a text or reach out via Instagram and Facebook. After we confirm your date, location, and time, a deposit ranging from $100 to $200 is necessary to reserve your slot. The total amount is due 7 days before the event. 
  •  We will arrive 1 hr. to 2 hours  before the event begins to set up the equipment. Ensure there is a specified area prepared and cleared of any debris. It's your duty to make sure the soft play area can accommodate the equipment. We will come to dismantle the setup 10 minutes before the event concludes. All balls should be in the ball pits, and soft play items must be within the designated play space. Should you require extra time, there is a charge of $50 for every additional hour, available until 9pm. 


  • We don't travel further than 1 hr. from Granville Ohio
  • This is exceptional for large event including cooperate event


  • Delivery cost: Up to 10miles is free
  • Up to 25miles: $60
  • Up to 35miles: $85
  • Up to 45miles: $110


  • Please refrain from touching the air blower connected to the bouncy houses.
  • Avoid contact with the boundary or the overhead cover of the bumper car area.
  • Treat the equipment as if it belonged to you. 
  • Supervision by a parent is mandatory at all times.
  • Shoes, food, or drinks are not permitted within the play area.
  •  All balls should remain in the ball pit, and soft play items should not leave the play area. 


 

  • Eligibility: Only current customers who have previously rented from us are eligible to participate in the referral program. Each participant must be in good standing, with no outstanding payments.
  • A discount of 10% will be applied to your next event and 10% also will be applied to the person who has been referred by you. ( Not applicable to Corporate event) 
  • Referral Process: Participants must refer new customers by providing them with a name. The new customer must use this name at the time of booking for the referral to be valid.
  • Incentives: For every successful referral that results in a booked and completed rental, the referring customer will receive a discount on their next rental. The referred new customer will also receive a discount on their first rental.
  • Reward Limitations: Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Discounts must be used within a specified period from the date they are issued.
  • Referral Reward Payment: Discounts will be applied directly to the participant's account and can be used towards future rentals. There is no cash alternative.
  • Program Duration: The referral program is ongoing but subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, with notice to participants.
  • Misuse and Fraud: Any attempt to misuse the referral program, including but not limited to creating fake accounts or referrals, will result in immediate disqualification from the program and potential legal action.


  •  Notification Requirement: Cancellations must be made by notifying us at least 72 hours before the scheduled event date. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the rental opportunity to other clients. You will be able to reschedule your event within 1 year ( No refund is given)
  •  Force Majeure:  In the event of inclement weather, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your rental to another date,( within 1 year) subject to availability. ( No Refund is given)
  •  Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to equipment issues or other operational challenges, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit. 


  • For outdoor events, we cannot proceed with setting up the equipment if there is a 50% or higher chance of rain predicted during your reservation period. It is your responsibility to monitor weather changes. We advise having an indoor alternative ready or contacting us promptly to rearrange your booking.
  • Should we install equipment outdoors and the weather forecast later indicates a 50% or greater likelihood of rain starting within your reservation time, we must retrieve the equipment immediately. In such instances, no refunds or credits will be issued.
  • Regarding snow forecasts, if road conditions are deemed unsafe for our team and equipment, we will not proceed with setups, whether outdoor or indoor. Should a cancellation be required under these circumstances, you will be issued a credit valid for use within one year, but no cash refunds will be provided.


 

  1. Initial Inspection: After each use, all equipment undergoes an initial inspection to identify any visible dirt, stains, or damage.
  2. Vacuuming: We start the cleaning process by vacuuming the equipment to remove loose debris, dust, and particles.
  3. Sanitizing: The equipment is then sanitized with a non-toxic, child-safe disinfectant. This step is crucial for eliminating germs, bacteria, and viruses that can linger on surfaces.
  4. Spot Cleaning: Any spots or stains are treated with a mild, child-safe cleaning solution to ensure the equipment looks and feels clean.
  5. Wiping Down: All surfaces of the equipment are wiped down thoroughly with the disinfectant solution to ensure no area is missed.
  6. Drying: After sanitizing, the equipment is left to air dry completely. This ensures that no moisture is trapped, which could lead to mold or mildew.
  7. Final Inspection: Once the equipment is dry, it undergoes a final inspection to ensure it meets our high standards of cleanliness and safety before it is packed away for the next rental.
  8. Maintenance Check: In addition to cleaning, we regularly perform maintenance checks on our equipment to identify and repair any wear or damage, ensuring that all items are in perfect condition for use.

Our commitment to cleanliness and hygiene ensures that our soft play rental equipment is safe and enjoyable for children to use. We take pride in providing a clean, healthy play environment for your little ones.
